Peter Koeppel started his field of study in Chemistry and Biochemistry at the University of Fribourg, Switzerland.

 

In 1979 he completed and received his Ph.D. degree... from there being Dr. Peter Koeppel.

 

From 1980 to 1983 he continued his Postdoc studies at the Institute of Virology of the University of Zurich, Switzerland in Immunology and Immuno-biology. His research centered in Macrophages and Cancer.

 

Dr. Koeppel was employed from 1983 – 1988 by a pharmaceutical company in Basle, Switzerland as Head of the Biochemistry Laboratory. Research work on the effect of proteoglycans in human osteoarthritis and osteoporosis.

 

In 1988 he was promoted to Head of the Biochemistry and Biotechnology Section.

 

1988 - together with three fellow researchers, the company BMA Biomedicals Ltd - a biotechnological company was established. Its specialty was the production of monoclonal antibodies in the application of inflammations.

 

In 1989 Dr. Koeppel purchased the company Chemoforma Ltd, a company active in the production of natural performance enhancers.

 

1992 -1996 he was Manager and responsible of the Scientific Services and Composition of the First Nucleotide Products.

 

Thereafter, from 1996 - 2000 Dr. Koeppel was the Managing Director of all Operation of Chemoforma Ltd.

 

From May 2000 he was the Managing Director of Chemoforma and BMA.

 

In November 2006, the foundation of the company Pro Bio Ltd. was started,  with the aim to produce and market nucleotide products for human nutrition.

 

Dr. Koeppel, CEO of the companies Chemoforma and BMA Biomedicals lead it to great financial success. The company ProBio was still in the development phase, as the term "nucleotides" was still unknown in human nutrition.

 

2011 - The resignation from the position as CEO of Chemoforma and Biomedicals and concentration on the position as CEO of ProBio. 

 

2015 - resignation as CEO of ProBio. THE BIRTH of a new company, PKN-AG - dedicated to promoting the products of ProBio worldwide. Based on the experience and knowledge on the biological and biochemical function of Nucleotides and their effects on human health, well-being and performance, providing customers with products of the highest quality.
